SEC members will receive 2025 proxy ballots in the mail starting August 14th. Ballots will be mailed separately, not included in the Cooperative Living magazine as in past years. Be sure to check your mailboxes, submit your votes and make your voice heard! We have a lot of great prize drawings for members who submit their proxy votes!
Important Dates to Know
- August 14 – proxies mailed to all members
- September 15 – all completed proxies must be submitted no later than 5 p.m.
2025 Proxy Instructions
- Mark your selections by completely filling in the box next to your choice.
- Members are encouraged to vote for board members in all three of SEC’s districts. Mark your vote for each of SEC’s three districts.
- Complete, sign and date the 2025 Proxy Designation form and return it to an SEC office location or mail it (no postage necessary).
- Mail: Detach and place into the enclosed return envelope. Mail to Survey & Ballot Systems, 7653 Anagram Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
- Drop-off: Return proxy form to any SEC office. We have drive-thru service for quick, easy service!
